Coloring time

Yesterday my DD was coloring the last page of her coloring book so last night I used my "spare time" to print out some coloring books; I just set my printer to draft and browse the WEB for some Cinderella, Kipper the dog and Angelina Ballerina coloring pages.

It really frustates me that a coloring book you get for a $1.00 USD is worth like $45.00 MX pesos (like $4.50 USD). So, I just printed the images, staple them and voila a new coloring book with her fav characters.... ahh... and while I was there I downloaded some clipart and printed it on some label paper to get a new supply of stickers, so I can use the rest of my "spare time" removing them from my furniture....hahaha!!!!

Tutu Time

There's a time in the life of all little girls when they suddenly go from "dancing with Barney" to be a "Princess in Process" so, we NEED a TUTU.... pink and "puple" pleeeese.....

So here I go; I don't sew; don't know how, don't want to learn, and mostly don't have TIME .... But this blog is about SPARE TIME, right? So I started searching the web for tutus, then I found a NO-SEW tutu tutorial on www.ehow.com -got to love ehow, really!-

So a little tulle and scissors later "voila" a pink and "puple" tutu for "Princess Nena"
